Is there a outlet for discounted DL merchandise?

This should be my last question before I head out west. I was looking for information about discounted Disneyland merchandise by searching past posts, but came up with nothing. Since I've visited the neat-o outlets for WDW stuff in Orlando, is there a similar one for DL stuff not far from the parks?

If you go north on Harbor Blvd (toward the mtns, if you can see them, or leave DL, and turn left) for about 10 minutes or so, you'll come up to an outlet store on the corner of Harbor and Orangethorpe. Also, going north on the 5 freeway, there is a Walmart close by that sells Disney stuff, but not sure if it says Disneyland on it.
