This is a long story sorry - I've been having all the kid's presents that I ordered online delivered to my mother's house so the kids wouldn't know that anything was coming. My mom would call me and leave a message saying I'd had a delivery and that was it, she didn't open them as she just handed them off to my dad to put in the basement until such time as I came to wrap the presents. I discovered today when I went to wrap the presents that among the many packages that I had sent a package of DVDs didn't arrive, but the email from UPS with the tracking number says it was left at my mother's front steps (10 feet off the road) 2 weeks ago
. My mom and dad work from home (they have a farm) and there is always someone there and the other order that was also left on the front steps that same day was in the pile. When I check the Amazon site and click the link that says package not delivered it just says to contact UPS and gives a link which just takes me to the tracking site which just says the package was delivered - yeah, I know that
. I know I may be out of luck as I waited so long to figure out the package was missing but I'd love a number to call their customer service, but I just can't find one on the website. Does anyone know where I can find one?

We could just imagine someone stealing it and the look on their face when they opened the box. Anyway, the new order arrived a few days later. Two months later, UPS showed up with a box with a bottle of salmon oil - DH assumed he had ordered on "subscribe and save" but when he checked it, it was only a one time order. It turns out our order had finally gotten to us, two months late, despite having been marked as "delivered". We called Amazon to see what they wanted done and they told us just to keep the salmon oil for our trouble.
I have done ALL my Christmas shopping on Amazon except a few clothes from the
. I think I'm going to run out to Target and buy them then return them after Christmas with the
(like I said Lightning deals vs Target regular price of $34.99 and $20)
