Is there a new ADR system?

When I plan our trips to WDW I make dining ressies and change them and then change them again. (sound familiar anyone?)

Usually I log in and the system recognizes that I already have a ressie at such and such time so I can cancel it and make a new one simultaneously. Tonight, the system did not prompt me to cancel one, so there is a double booking. I will cancel it of course, but why did that happen? It always informs me I have a ressie already and prompts me to cancel one.

I'm wondering if my old reservations are somehow lost or if there is a new system?

I've noticed this too. It's been like this for at least several days now. i.e. it's allowing double bookings. I changed up 4 different things this week...and not once did it bring up that pop up to cxl the conflicting ADR.

It just popped up for me about 15 mins. ago when I changed an ADR.

It must be fixed then...I rebooked two yesterday and nothing. I had to manually cxl the double bookings. Good news (at least to me) that it's fixed...I started to get scared of what it would do to things if they started permitting double bookings again.

Did you check to see if your original reservations still exist? I am scared to look!!:scared::scared:
This just happened 5 minutes ago- no prompt to cancel.

Mine are all still there. I usually go in right after booking or making a change to an adr and manually link it to my confirmation just to make sure it's there. The silly website also has that nasty habit of going through updates and things disappear for a while, but they are still housed in the main system. I'm sure you'll be fine...just keep your confirm #s handy. :thumbsup2
