Is there a list of Epcot Countries?

Oh yeah, we are leaving on Friday morning for WDW
I am the queen of the procrastinators and am just now trying to get together homemade passports for my twins to use around Epcot. Is there a list someplace of all the countries in Epcot World Showcase?

I think they actually sell little passports at the entrance to Epcot. You might just procrastinate a little more and buy them there!
