Is there a handy place to eat between AK and MK?

It's a ways off, but December 4 we are planning to be at AK and then go to MVMCP. We don't have park hoppers, so I'm not going to plan on being let in to the party early enough to eat before the party starts. AK closes at 5 that day and I'd like to try getting into MK with our party tickets by 6 or 6:30. We could eat CS at AK at say 4:30, which is kind of early for supper. Is there any place that doesn't take long to get to that we could stop at between parks? I had thought about Chef Mickey's, but don't know if we want to spend that much time eating.

We are staying at Pop. Is it out of the way to run back to the hotel and eat at the food court?

We will be doing the same thing, AK in the am and then MK for the party at night (the CM's let you in at 4 if you have the party ticket). We always eat at CP but DH said he wanted to change it up a bit so we went through the choices at Poly, WL (where we are staying) and GF and he chose 1900 Park Fare. So we will take a bus from AK to GF and eat dinner then hop the monorail to MK.

I would suggest dining at the MK resorts so you can get quick access to the park

You could catch a bus to AKL and eat at Boma, then catch the bus to MK.

Take a bus from AK to any of the monorail resorts. Getting to MK after dinner will be a snap. 1900 Park Fair is a good choice or how about Kona at Poly.
You could also go to Whispering Canyon at WL and then take the boat to the MK after dinner.
