Is there a max number of gift cards I can use in a transaction at the Disney Store? I'm thinking about going to get our tickets there so I can set up FP+ but am wondering if I'll be able to use my stack of gift cards as payment. Anyone have any experience there?

If there is a limit it is very high. I went a few weeks ago and redeemed 63 GCs to get our APs. The manager was worried and hovered over the cashier acting like something was going to happen, but it went through smoothly. The only bit of tension was after I paid and no receipt printed out. Turned out that the computer just took a while to process everything before spitting out my 7' long receipt. :rotfl2:

Awesome! Thanks. We'll probably have about 40 cards so I'm glad to know it should work. Yippee!

I'll bet every cashier was trying not to catch your eye, hoping you'd go somewhere else.

I have paid for $1400 worth of park tickets using $15, $25 and $50 increment gift cards. Have no idea how many it was but it was a big stack. The CM who rang me up acted like it was no big deal and commended me on saving money ;)

Years ago, there was a limit. They updated the software to accept many more, but I am not exactly sure what the new limit is. Sounds like it is very high though. :cool1:

I kept them discretely in my coat pocket so that they wouldn't all run away. I actually felt bad - the first 39 were $50 GCs, but Target ran out of those, so I had to go with $25s. Its too bad there isn't a way to combine them.

Yeah I really wish I could combine them too. If it could be something in the gift card app or online where I could do it myself, all the better!
