"Is there a Fast Pass for the margarita booth?" 7 days of DDP dining review plus F&W!

THURSDAY 9/18 - PECOS BILL
As a recurring theme with our trip, we took mid-day breaks and split a QS lunch. This day was no different.

We were hungry and I had a few spots I would like to eat at, one being Columbia Harbor House and the other Pecos Bill. Justin does not like seafood. I knew if I were at CHH I would want to try something he wouldn't eat, so we went to Pecos Bill instead.

The line was pretty long. Granted, it was noon, but the line was so long, haha. We grabbed a menu from the nice CM at the door and chose our meal while we waited in line.

It was an easy choice for us - we would split a taco salad. We love Mexican/southwest type food and this was something easy we both would enjoy. I had heard on the DIS that they have a great toppings bar which I knew Justin would like.

It came in a giant taco shell with ground meat. We added some lettuce, lots of cheese, and some salsa and sour cream.. YUM!!!

We finally found a seat outside, in the shade.

Along with our taco salad, we got a Diet Coke and carrot cake.

AC3B5852-4611-4859-BE75-F1BD4EF22B20_zpsteg5bf0c.jpg

Although this place was crazy busy, the food was very good. They also have some sandwiches and burgers on the menu. I also wanted to try the Southwest Chicken salad: Southwest Chicken Salad - Mixed Greens, chicken, Monterrey jack cheese, tomato, roasted corn, jalapenos and chipotle ranch $9.19. Doesn't that sound awesome!?

We had a dinner ADR at BOG that night and I knew if I ate my own entree I wouldn't be hungry. So it was good that we split.

As you can see, we also were faced with a dessert decision - carrot or chocolate cake. Since Justin is not a big cake person, he let me choose, and I chose carrot cake. I'm not a big cake eater either, so it was unfortunately just a few bites of very moist cake with very sweet cream cheese icing before it went untouched.

This taco salad though, omg. It was spectacular!

WOULD WE RETURN: Yep! I have recently read that the taco salad is no longer offered (RIP..) but I must say we really enjoyed it and will definitely return here again. As I've mentioned about other places, it may not be an 'every trip' type of place for me. Justin is usually rather easygoing, but when he finds something he likes, he'll want to return. So I can see myself getting something from CHH and he getting something from PB in our future, haha.

TOTAL: Taco salad, $9.29
Diet coke $3.29
Carrot cake $4.19
= $17.87

We used 1 QS credit here.

Tip about dining plan: We enjoyed splitting lunch entrees. This way we could share something and have a snack later in the day. For us, this worked great. For $14 (assuming we would not get the carrot cake) I can definitely see us sharing an entree similar to this on our future trips. This let us try many different things without stuffing ourselves! Although at the end of the dining plan we had so many QS left over.. haha.

THURSDAY 9/18 - BE OUR GUEST!

Finally.. BE OUR GUEST! This was a meal I was VERY excited to get. As someone who just decided to go to Disney in March, a week before my ADR date, I hopped on the internet to make sure I could get all of the reservations we were hoping for. I learned quickly that BOG was a very coveted ADR, so that was the first one I asked about on our day 180.

Our ADR was for 5:50. We were a bit early, as we were in the area, and didn’t think we could get onto any rides and get back before 5:50, so we tried to check in around 5:30. They told us we could not check in until 5:35, 15 minutes prior to our ADR. So we moseyed around for a few minutes until it was 5:35.

500D6FB9-9D3D-4D38-82FB-F45847E1C259_zps4ztftthd.jpg

We waited on the bridge to check in.It was hot, and we were very tired, but also very excited. Other families that had checked in after us, probably with reservations between 5:35 and 5:50, were called in before us. At 6:05 we were taken in, so only about 15 minutes after our ADR time. I definitely don’t blame them, it was our fault we were so early. But man was it HOT!

We were seated in the ballroom and Scooter was our server. He was very polite and was around at all the right times, he was chatty but it wasn’t annoying, and the service was outstanding.

Looking at the menu, Justin and I were not sure what to get. Grilled NY strip was calling to him. I was salivating at the pork chop, but still liked the idea of the scallops/shrimp dish. Ultimately, I thought the macaroni gratin coupled with the pork chop sounded to die for. I had listened to Pete and the team’s review of BOG a few times, and he raved and raved about the pork chop dish. So that’s what I went with.

We both ordered Diet Coke and Scooter also brought us some rolls with butter.

I can’t lie, I love bread. In all forms. A few DR’s I have read say that this is just basic, crusty bread rolls. But.. they are AMAZING basic, crusty, hot, fresh, delicious bread rolls. They were warm and with some butter on them.. OOH man. Any time we go out to eat we love when there is bread service, hahaha. This was a highlight of the meal.

Next came our entrees.

My entrée:

87402AB1-62C2-4F5B-BD26-C94F4857FEB0_zpsql7spbp1.jpg

Thyme-scented Pork Rack Chop - with Au Gratin Macaroni, Seasonal Vegetables, and Red Wine Jus - $23.99

Justin’s entrée:

142428CA-CB26-40BD-AD20-75690FB43EC1_zpsli5x6vtq.jpg

Grilled Strip Steak - with Garlic-Herb Butter and Pomme Frites - $33.49

So, to highlight, everything we ate was AMAZING. We loved it.

Justin’s steak was cooked well, to his liking. He loved the garlic herb butter on top and said the steak there was just as good as the Yachtsman’s. Disclaimer: We are NOT professional or fancy steak eaters. Heck we love Longhorn and Outback. We just love steak. So while I’m sure the quality and cut of the meat was not as good as the Yachtsman’s, you’re also not paying Yachtsman prices, so for $33 he thought this was outstanding. And the pomme frites were right up his alley. I am fairly certain they were just regular fries, but he has never met a French fry he didn’t like.

I tasted his steak and I agreed – YUM.

My entrée was also great. Typically, I enjoy chicken and turkey far more than I do pork or steak. That’s just my taste on a regular basis. I wanted to try something different. Most of this trip, I tried to go with something I can’t always get or can’t make at home. This fell into that category. I also don’t really like pork tenderloin, but I love a good pork chop with some seasoning.

This…. Was so juicy. It was so tender. It was seasoned so well. It came with a really lovely red wine jus for dipping. But honestly, the meat had so much juice I really didn’t even need to do much dipping. It had very little fat on it.

The macaroni gratin was great, as well. I remember Pete saying “I could not stop eating that!” during his review. It was great. Justin enjoyed it even more than I did, he is a big fan of macaroni. It was good, creamy, not really crusty or one big lump like you’d think (This was a good thing).

The seasonal veggies were sooooooo good. I believe Justin’s steak came with some of these too. Ours were green beans with a little bit of carrots in there. They were in some buttery, juicy goodness. We both gobbled them up.

Now, it was time for dessert. Scooter rolled out the dessert cart. I was so in between a few things.. the Grey Stuff and the Strawberry Cream Cheese Cupcake, particularly. I had been eyeing up others with the Grey Stuff, so that is what I chose. Though we usually try to do different things, Justin also really wanted the grey stuff. Which was good, because we loved it. Hands down one of the best desserts we ate all week, if not the best. It was cookie, it was cream, it was so good. I want it now!

D1593AA7-2D00-46E7-B85B-E028C907D342_zpsr97pz6ky.jpg

We paid our bill and said goodbye to Scooter, then we got a few pictures with the Beast himself.

Upon our exit, it was 7:10 PM and we had a FP for Anna and Elsa.

WOULD WE RETURN: DEFINITELY! We cannot wait to come back here. Although, I think we will try for lunch next time. The atmosphere was great. The service and food were amazing. But, I want to try lunch, too. Since next trip we are only here for 5 days, we have other places we want to make sure to go. But lunch is on our list!

TOTAL: I think our bill was about $72 for 2 entrees, 2 drinks, and 2 desserts. We used 2 TS credits here. Well worth the price/credits in my opinion! Best theme park meal of the week for us.

To start our morning of our real last Disney day, we started at none other than Pepper Market. We had like 7 QS to burn through and only a day and a half to do it. Oh my.

Justin started off with the ham, egg and cheese sandwich with hashbrowns, for $7.99.

A6108A5D-E1E1-4D9D-88ED-4A5895FA3ED9_zpsesfk6boq.jpg

I had the Mexican eggs benedict burrito.

95534D78-2D6C-4185-974A-3A5E1955EC17_zpsnpr6fwik.jpg

Mexican Eggs Benedict Burrito - Whole Grain Tortilla filled with Egg, Ham and Cheese topped with Salsa Verde, and Sauce Choron - $8.99

I think we each had a bottled water.

With the refillable mugs, we ended up getting waters that we would either put in the room and keep cold for when we got back at night, or we’d take them with us to the parks! We usually would fill up our mugs with coffee or pop that morning.

The burrito was SO GOOD. I remember Craig eating it on their 7 in 7 and saying it was as big as his face. It was pretty big. It had egg, ham and cheese inside, and an amazing cheesy sauce with salsa on top. It was outstanding. Huge, but outstanding. I didn’t finish it. Note that this does not come with hashbrowns.

Justin enjoyed his ham/egg/cheese sandwich. He switched it up from bacon that day.

I believe we spent around $22 here. My meal was $8.99, his was $7.99.

Love breakfast at the Pepper Market. Glad you had a great BOG meal, we had horrible food there last year and sounds like they have improved.

FRIDAY 9/19 - FOOD AND WINE BOOTHS

While we had eaten a pretty substantial breakfast, we were more than excited for the first day of... FOOD AND WINE!!!

We kind of lucked into this. Having been to Disney multiple times as a kid/teen, I had never planned a trip myself. So the Disney website, Disboards, and all of the important Disney planning info was all very new to me.

We picked our dates because it just seemed to work for us. At the time, we had no clue what Food and Wine was. But when we found out that our last park day coincided with the first Food and Wine day, we were ecstatic! We did lots of research to figure out what it is that we would want to try.

We started on the Canada side of the World Showcase and worked our way around. This is what we did for lunch that day.

Since we had SO MANY snack credits left, and we had some gift cards purchased for F&W use, we decided to do the obvious.. use the snack credits on the pricier items ($5 or more) and our gift cards on the cheaper items.

Our strategy was to eat everything. If one of us wanted something the other may not like, we tried it anyways! There were plenty of things one of us would like that the other we knew would not. We started around 11:30.

First stop: Hawaii.

6053ADDE-4C6D-4395-8E06-26ADAE0693CB_zpssvyit024.jpg

Kālua Pork Slider with sweet and sour Dole® Pineapple chutney and spicy mayonnaise – $3.75, DDP Snack Eligible

REVIEW: We really liked this. Justin did not love the pineapple chutney, but I did. It was slightly spicy but the mayo was SO GOOD!

Second stop: Puerto Rico.

REVIEW: We liked this. It tasted similar to stuffed peppers. Justin was a bigger fan than I.

Third stop: Canada.

Canadian Cheddar Cheese Soup – $4.25 DDP Snack Eligible and “Le Cellier” Wild Mushroom Beef Filet Mignon with Truffle Butter Sauce – $7.25 DDP Snack Eligible

A better pic of the filet..

3454AD51-808A-440A-9FFE-29F5D176A976_zpsu2zrx9uk.jpg

REVIEW: This was definitely the WINNER! I was really torn between Yachtsman and Le Cellier for our ADRs. I figured since we could sample Le Cellier at Food and Wine, we would go to Yachtsman. We have decided that we a) need to find out how to make this soup and b) must go back here. The filet was great. Very tender. The soup was delicious, too!

Fourth stop: France.

Boeuf bourguignon: Braised short ribs in cabernet with mashed potatoes – $5.75, DDP Snack Eligible

REVIEW: The beef was good. Really tender and juicy. I think the mashed potatoes were a little lumpy, but overall the dish was good. Not a favorite, it didn't really stick out with amazing flavors, but still great.

Fifth stop: Brazil.

FA2ADDA5-3991-46A1-A548-8EE59FAC4F13_zpskghqzddg.jpg

REVIEW: I LOVED this. Justin was not as big of a fan, mainly because of the tomato and cilantro. Maybe a little too much fat, but still a great dish. A ton of flavor.

Sixth stop: Belgium.

Belgian Waffle with Warm Chocolate Ganache and Whipped Cream – $3.50, DDP Snack Eligible, and Leffe Blonde – $3.50.

REVIEW: This was another highlight. The waffle was hot and crispy. The whipped cream and chocolate complemented each other very well. I was going to go with a hoegaarden, but I decided against it and went with the Leffe Blonde. It had a funny aftertaste. It wasn't bad, but not my favorite.

Seventh stop: Morocco.

Baklava – $2.95, DDP Snack Eligible, Sangria – $5.00

REVIEW: I ordered this, Justin did not try any here. It was great. The baklava was a typical baklava, but hey I LOVE baklava so I was not complaining! And the sangria was great too. Mmm... I love sangria!

Last stop for the morning.. Greece!

1C0F18E6-02AC-464B-A469-E9CF35ACE7EA_zps1qzadoiz.jpg

Chicken gyro with tzatziki Sauce – $4.25, DDP Snack Eligible

REVIEW: This was Justin's. I gave it a try. I typically do not like gyros, but since this was chicken I had a bite. It was gooooood, especially with the tzatziki and the pita. YUM!!

As you can understand, we were SO full after this.. We really did pace ourselves though so it was well worth it. We did this in about an hour.. :scared: Ok so maybe we should have paced ourselves a little more.. hahaha.

Fifth stop: Italy

REVIEW: I liked this. From what I remember, the blue cheese and goat cheese were great. The cloth wrapped cheddar was my least favorite, but it was overall really delicious.

Eighth stop: Greece

Griddled Greek cheese with pistachios and honey (gluten free) – $3.75, DDP Snack Eligible, Vegetarian

D1176F13-73DB-4D9E-9627-C9F66CBD16E3_zpse5mweirg.jpg

REVIEW: I had been really wanting to try this. It was okay, I guess maybe I expected more. It was mostly so melted that it had kind of become more crusty than runny, so maybe if it was newer it would have been better? I'm not sure. I still liked it, but it was not my favorite.

Stay tuned for us attempting to eat at Teppan Edo 2 hours later, HAH!

GREAT photos! I love your reviews especially Crystal Palace. We've been there for lunch before but will be there for breakfast Christmas Eve!! THX!:santa:

FRIDAY 9/19 - TEPPAN EDO

After our bout around the WS for more goodies, we had one last Table Service meal at Teppan Edo. We stopped eating around 5, and our meal was set for 7:45 so I was sure we’d have some time to digest before then.

I made the mistake of grabbing a Schofferhofer Grapefruit beer in Germany beforehand. It wasn’t a mistake because the beer was amazing, but it did fill me up. I also grabbed one last bag of caramel corn from Karamell Kuche. That needs to be an every trip staple now, because it’s SO GOOD! Luckily I saved that one for after dinner.

It was really raining here, so we had our ponchos on. We checked in around 7:35 for a 7:45 reservation.

They sent us outside because our table was not yet ready and the lobby was full of people. So I just continued to sip on my beer and take it all in.

When it was time for us to eat, we were paired with a family of 4 from somewhere in Florida (I can’t remember where, but it was a few hour drive), and a couple from Brazil. The couple from Brazil didn’t talk much. The mom and dad from Florida had 2 little boys, maybe 3 and 7. The boys were so well behaved, and really enjoyed their meal. We had a nice time chatting and dining with them, which was a fun change of pace since we ate by ourselves all week. They often visited WDW for long weekends and Teppan Edo was one of their favorite spots. We enjoyed talking to them and they offered lots of great advice about the parks. So if you’re a single couple, or even a duo or more, and you enjoy dining with a few others, this could be a fun place for you! We were concerned at first because Justin isn't as social as I am and we weren't sure who we'd be paired with, but it worked out great.

I’ll preface this food review by saying, we eat hibachi often. Probably only once or twice a year, but it is a meal we enjoy as a luxury when we are celebrating a birthday, promotion, anniversary, etc. So we’re not necessarily there for the show, because we’ve seen the one at home plenty of times, but thought it would be a good place to try. I let my fiancé look at the restaurant menus and this is one he really wanted to try, so we decided, why not!?

6580CE13-272A-4E5A-B331-1164D56E4CAC_zpscyntdv64.jpg

We had a female hibachi chef here. This is the first time I have ever had a female chef. She was really good!

12A558CB-6733-421F-9292-29D246108614_zpsah216bol.jpg

I will say – at this particular hibachi restaurant, the tables were pretty close together. I felt like we were scrunched in there. The room had wall to wall people, and there were 4 tables total in the room we were in. It just seemed a little too crowded!

I can’t remember if they bring out soup salad or not here. At our home place, they do give you soup and salad. I don’t recall eating it here, but I also don’t like the salad so there’s a chance I just passed on that. If I remember, I usually let the waitress know to skip me since I don't want to waste it.

We chose steak and chicken combos for our entrees. I always like steak and chicken because it’s the best of both worlds!

Nihonbashi - Steak & Chicken Breast with Seasonal Vegetables, Udon Noodles, and Sukiyaki Beef Rice - $29.95

Steak and chicken!
83D8E38C-5204-4BF4-9935-4DC88E1C3AF6_zpsukgsbbyx.jpg

Disclaimer – most of mine went untouched by me. I was NOT hungry, but I was trying to eat a little bit because I did want to try it.

I really liked the noodles. They were delicious and flavorful. The steak was, too.

The veggies were typical hibachi veggies, but I liked them.

The chicken was dry as could be. Like, no matter how much yum yum sauce I used, it was still very dry. I usually think hibachi chicken is so good because it’s juicy and saucy and flavorful. This wasn’t, unfortunately.

The rice: usually any hibachi place I have been to offers steamed white rice, or fried rice. I love fried rice so that is usually what I get. Here, they give you sukiyaki beef rice. The taste might work well for others, but I did not enjoy it. You could chalk this up to me being picky, or not wanting it since it’s not what I’m used to, but I was not a huge fan of it.

Justin had the exact same thing and ate much of his, and some of my meat I couldn’t finish.

We both passed on dessert, as we had eaten so much that day! I KNOW, free dessert with the DDP. I was so full though, we were both very tired! It was pouring down rain so no Illuminations for us.

I think our bill was about $70 here, between drinks, $29 meals, and tax. We used 2 TS credits here.

SATURDAY 9/20 - PEPPER MARKET - – OUR FINAL BREAKFAST!

On our last day, we had 4 QS credits to burn. You’ll see we use 2 of those at Pepper Market, and 2 at Earl of Sandwich later that day.

Pepper Market was a great place for us to stop for breakfast throughout the week. If I could go back and do it again, I’d use our credits differently – which you’ll see in my post ahead about the dining plan and what we would have done differently.

Since it was our last day, we both had to have some Mickey waffles. Justin really enjoyed these throughout the trip, and so did I!

We each had adult waffles, for $7.99. This also comes with bacon or sausage. I think I got bacon and he got sausage and we shared them both. He had an OJ and I had a water. Our total was around $20 for the meals and drinks.

Not much else to say here, since the waffles are pretty standard throughout Disney!

WOULD WE RETURN: Yes. The food here was good, but maybe next time we won’t return as often. I’d like to do some breakfast snackage in the parks next time around.

TOTAL: About $20, and we used 2 QS credits.

SATURDAY 9/20 - EARL OF SANDWICH @ DTD

We were leaving for Miami this day, and we had already checked out of Coronado Springs. We decided that we would swing by DTD for some last minute souvenirs and for one last meal – lunch at Earl of Sandwich!

We had a great idea of getting our sandwiches to go, and eating them on the way to Miami. Unfortunately we had just eaten a few hours earlier, so we weren’t starving yet. When we got there, some people were still eating breakfast – their breakfast looked AWESOME!

The lines at EOS were long, but moved quickly. They had a massive selection of sandwiches that would suit just about any tastes.

Justin didn’t want anything too crazy, so he went with The Earl’s Club: Turkey, bacon, swiss, lettuce, tomato & sandwich sauce, minus the tomatoes. He got a big cookie, which was included with our dining credit, and a Diet Coke.

I was between 3 sandwiches. Yes, 3! Here were the contenders:
The Full Montagu: Roast beef, turkey, swiss, cheddar, lettuce, tomato and horseradish sauce.
The Original 1782: Roast beef, cheddar, and horseradish sauce.
The Holiday Turkey: Turkey, stuffing, cranberry, gravy, and seasoned mayonnaise.

Seriously, all 3 of them sounded to die for. However, I am not always a huge roast beef and horseradish fan, and I wanted something unique…

Sooo I went with..

THE HOLIDAY TURKEY!!

And omg, I can taste it now. And I want more, right now.

This was one of the BEST sandwiches I have ever eaten!!! And I’m from Pittsburgh where we have Primanti’s, so that’s saying something!!

I ate half of a half of mine at the table, while Justin ate his. He decided he didn’t want to eat while driving a rental car on the way to Miami on roads we’ve never traveled, which I agreed was a smart move. And I had to have just a taste before we drove off, so I snagged a few bites of mine. Man oh man, was it AMAZING. I seriously need to get back there and have another one. I’m sure Justin won’t mind!

I also got a brownie to go with my meal.

Overall, this was a great ending to our week long eating extravaganza. I’d report on our food in Miami, but let’s just say it was less than stellar (pizza one night, burgers the next, McDonald’s and Starbucks at the airport), and wasn’t really worth repeating!
WOULD WE RETURN: Oh heck yes!! We plan to next trip. That is, if we go to DTD. I love DTD, and as a kid it was one of my favorite places, but since our next few trips are only 4 or 5 days, we might not have the time. So I’m hoping when Justin and I return in September, we can at least sneak down for some Basin shopping and EOS yumminess.

TOTAL: We paid $6.49 for each sandwich, $1.99 for each cookie/brownie, and $2.99 for each soda. $23 total. We used 2 dining credits. In the future, I imagine we’ll each get a sandwich and split a drink, and probably go without dessert. So while $23 sounds kind of pricy for some sandwiches I don’t think it’s all that bad, especially because the quality of the sandwiches was really great. We finished up our last 2 QS credits here.. womp womp womp.

And, nicely written. I have enjoyed reading about your food adventures. Thanks!!!:cheer2:

First of all, I want to say THANK YOU to those of you who have read my dining report! I know the pictures aren't the greatest, and we didn't have too many glorious meals to photograph, but we really enjoyed ourselves!

We honestly had such great food everywhere we went. Not one meal was awful. While some things weren't our taste, or we waited long to get in, those things are things we knew could potentially happen.

I will be sure to add all of the pics in later - but thank you so much for joining us! Now here are some final thoughts on the dining plan.

The total amount we spent, pre-tax, is around $735.
By adding 7% tax to everything (not sure if this is standard or not).. I get $785.
The DDP for 7 nights for the two of us would have been $840.56.

Would I do the DDP again? Yes.
I would do it again if I had planned to be on site each day I was there.
Looking back, it's kind of silly that we planned a day away. It was not worth the hassle to drive there.

If I were going at a time when Free Dining was not offered and I had to pay for the DDP, I don't know if I would. I would have to really think about what our plans were and whether or not it would work for us that time. You can see that we ate SO much and still came in under what the DDP costs. With factoring in our other meals, we definitely ate more than we would have otherwise.

I kind of did not like having to "plan" my QS and breakfast out so much. TS I didn't mind, but we felt pressured towards the end that we had to finish off our credits and eat meals that maybe we would have shared.

Typically we are not big dessert eaters. I would rather get an ice cream or a pretzel in the parks later in the day, than order a pudding or a piece of cake with my meal. That said, I think we would have eaten differently had we not been on the dining plan. More meals split, less desserts at restaurants, and more snacks!

Hopefully I explained this OK and that this is helpful to some!

I really enjoyed all of your reviews! We had free dining in 2012 and opted to purchase the plan for our 2015 trip. We won't come out much ahead, but I will be more comfortable ordering steak or lobster without looking at the prices! Thanks again for sharing!

interesting that you had pepper market most every night lined up, when there are so many really great restaurants at WDW.
Now I am going back to the beginning to read all about your trip and to see if you really did go there every night ;)
Looking forward to it

Oh, no worries, we didn't! We just had some random breakfasts there. And lunch once. To be honest, we didn't plant to eat there at all. Somehow with skipping some meals and sharing others, we ended up with a bunch leftover and were able to eat breakfast there a couple times. We didn't waste too many there - although I wish we would have saved them and varied our lunches a little more!

Congrats on your engagement. LOVE the ring

Thank you!! I love it too. He did great. :) Thanks for reading!

I enjoyed your report! Sounds like you had a great trip and my congratulations on your engagement, too!

Thank you so much I've really been torn with the DDP especially since our 2 older girls don't eat adult portions and would have to order from that menu plus none of us are dessert fans. I definetly think we will just pick a few TS we really want to do and go at our own pace with the rest of the meals. Thanks again very informative. I'm loving all your reports:)

just came across your DR from your march TR. really loved the perspective on the DDP with two people! i'm still trying to figure out if my DH and i should get the DDP for our (delayed) honeymoon next year, and it was helpful to read your insights.
