Is there a Disney ph # to call to find out remaining days on non-expiring tickets?

I know there used to be a phone # I could call and I could just give them the codes on the back of my tickets and they could tell me how many days remain on them.

Then when they switched to MYW tickets, they stopped but I thought I read somewhere on here that it still can be done.

Does anyone know the phone #? I try to cross of little tally marks as we use them but I have conflicting info.

I have some tickets left over from my last trip to WDW and I think they have some park days left on them. How can I check what's left on these before I go so I can figure out how many days I still need to buy tickets for?


You can find out what is left on old tickets is in person at WDW. Any resort Lobby Concierge or Guest Relations window can scan them and tell you what remains unused on them. The Disney Stores cannot tell you.

Disney Ticketing is once again allowing telephone inquiries to check unused days on tickets. Call 407-566-4985 Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Press option 2 when prompted. Be aware that this availability could once again change at any time and may vary from CM to CM.

Ability to call Disney and find out what remains on a ticket has come and gone. It was gone as of January 2011 and I think it is currently still gone.

We had to bring them down and have them scanned at guest services at any of the parks. The resorts cannot help and there is no phone number you can call. It is a bummer for those planners out there.

I called yesterday and a wonderful employee helped me. He was able to look up my tickets and I found out I had remaining water park days left on my old tickets. I had called previously and was told they were not able to do it. I think it depends on which employee you get on the phone.

As my original post from allears said, availability of this service may vary from CM to CM. If you call and someone can't help you, try calling back and speaking with someone else.
