Is there a Direct Bus from Animal Kingdom to Epcot?

And if not what is my best bet other than a car and where is the bus located?

There is a bus from AK to Epcot. There are two bus stop areas outside AK. The Epcot bus will be at the one furthest from the park entrance. Other than a car or a taxi, that's your only transportation option.

Next to the bus stop to EPCOT is a stop for the main transporation center where you can catch the monorail to EPCOT. We did that option on our last trip because a bus had just showed up for the transportation center and the bus to EPCOT looked liked we wouldn't be able to make the next bus. Plus we really enjoy the monorail.
