Is there a Counter service thread on here??

I was wondering if anyone could direct me to a link of all the counter service restaurants at Disney and what items you could order off of their menu if you had the DDP. Thanks!

There are no real DDP ordering restrictions that I know about except:

1) Side dishes must accompany a combo meal. Separately priced sides are not included.
2) Children age 3-9 must order from the children's menu at restaurants that have a children's menu.
3) Tangierine Cafe limits dessert to baklava only.
