Is there a BWV lovers thread?

We just changed our summer vacation, again, today to BWV - 1 bedroom, preferred view. We are excited about this (we switched from AKV & BCV as we decided against a split stay as our split stay will now be at Sea World)!

I thought I saw a Boardwalk lovers thread somewhere around here, but I can't seem to find it - can anyone point me in the right direction? I've been searching for over 30 mins. and can't seem to find it.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Tiger princess:

Have a great trip! LOVE :lovestruc the BW!

Thanks - we fell in love with the Epcot resort area in May when we stayed at Yacht Club. We had visited Boardwalk many times, but this is our first stay here. Our DD was really looking forward to staying at Beach Club for Stormalong Bay (she loves it!), but we were able to talk her into Boardwalk once she remembered seeing the fireworks and the surrey bikes. She always asks to ride the bikes, so maybe this trip we'll do that, although the baby will probably be jumping everywhere as he's a climber - LOL!

We are so looking forward to walking around the Boardwalk at night, watching fireworks from resort, swimming, etc., as well as visiting the beach at Yacht/Beach club for movie night. We will miss our beloved AKV, so we'll head over there for a meal and to visit the playground (DD loves it!).

Thanks for your help, Tiger :lovestruc

I don't know how old your DD is but she may enjoy Community Hall. There are little craft projects for various ages and if she is old enough they also rent kiddie bikes. Kids ages 5+ seem to really enjoy the BW nightly performers because most of them make it a point to include children from the audience in their performances. When our DNiece was 2 she loved riding in the front of the surrey bikes and ringing the bell, so maybe your little guy will be content to do that also. I am getting homesick just typing this!

Thanks! This info is very helpful.:thumbsup2 My DD5.5 loves crafts, so she loves to do crafts around the World Showcase, and likes to do so at resorts as well.

Sounds great - we can't wait!! We have also decided to not book a Sea World package (hotel & tickets) because I just can't stay away from WDW - LOL! We are going to book a studio for those few days, and just buy Sea World/Aquatica tickets and spread a few visits over our 13 days at Disney. Hubby is calling in a few minutes to see what resorts are available for that time. We like to do split stays so we can get 2 different Dining Plans (deluxe and regular), so I think we are going to try for AKV as we love it there.

Thanks for all of your help, Tiger:love:
