Is there a bus directly from one park to another?

We plan to park hop from the major parks to other major parks and water parks as well. Can anyone who has been recently tell me if there are there direct buses from one to another? My commando plan needs this info!

If I remember correctly, you go right or left for resort buses/park buses. I am not sure if you can take a bus form a major park to a water park. We went from Magic Kingdom to Animal Kingdom. You might have to ride the Monorail first though. I am not sure if there is any bus from Epcot to Majic Kingdom. Monorail would be the faster if there was.

we just got back and did a lot of park hopping. i am sure last trip we could take a bus from park to park, but this year was a little different. we went from mk to mgm and had to take a boat to transportation center and then bus from there. to and from mk and epcot is easy, use the monorail. you can take a bus to a resort close to where you want to be, eg. akl and then ak bus from there, we found this worked well. we found we waited our only long wait at the transporation center, and it was hot, no shade, so would suggest if you're going from mk to mgm take a monorail to mk resort(poly, contemp or grand florin.) and bus from there. we asked for advice at epcot's transp. info on how to get from there to downtown disney and the reply was "we don't have busses from the park to there, you're supposed to drive yourself"! this was after asking us if we were staying at a disney resort and we were! we did not have a car so this was not an option. we simply walked the 5 min to beachclub and took a bus from there. so... it was a little harder getting around but still we found the service to be excellent, we rarely waited more than 5-10 min.

My DD and I were there earlier this month and we took a bus directly from MGM to AK. Be sure to get the AK PARK bus as one lady with her young daughter thought it was the bus to AK LODGE where they were staying. We then took the MK bus from AK to the TTC where we got on the monorail to the MK. You can also take the ferry but the monorail is usually quicker. When we left MK later that day to go to Epcot,we took the monorail to the TTC and then changed to the Epcot monorail. Time on bus from MGM to AK was only 10-15 minutes. Between AK and MK it was closer to 30 minutes and between MK and Epcot about 15 minutes.

How about in bewteen MGM and Downtown Disney? Is it hard to get to DD?
