Is there a direct boat from MGM to Epcot?

No, but you can take the boat from Epcot to MGM with stops at Yacht/Beach Club, Boardwalk and Swan/Dolphin.

It's a nice leisurely ride, takes about a half hour to get from one park to the other with the 3 stops.

For the boat from EPCOT TO MGM. from Epcot board the boat from the International gateway (back entrance) by BCV. In this order from IG to BWV to YC/BC to S/D to MGM 25/ 30 mins. reverse order coming back

We have taken the boat from EPCOT to MGM. It stops at the Swan, Dolphin, and Boardwalk. The pace is slow, so allow plenty of time. You do see things you wouldn,t ordinarily get to see.

The boat is slow, and it's a 2 boat process.... if you have the energy it's easier to walk. It's a nice walk too.

Disney changed the routes two or three years ago. It's been one boat for ages now.

The Friendship boats run continuous service from the Disney Studios to Epcot.
They stop along the way at the Swan/Dolphin, Boardwalk, and Yacht/Beach clubs. I don't believe there is a set schedule. They just keep coming and going throughout the day. From the Studios go left and you will see the boat dock. The total time of the run is about 25-30 minutes. Sometimes they get delayed because another boat is in the way at the Swan/Dolphin (only one berth at this location). The boat ride is slow but relaxing. In most cases you can walk from one park to the other in less time.

As you exit MGM, keep hard to your left, with the canal on your right. You can't miss it. Boats run approximately every 20 minutes.
