Is there a April 2011 thread somewhere?

Has anyone seen the numbers for crowd predictions between the 8th - 18th? I am hoping we will be there after the college breaks and right before the kids' spring breaks! :)

Here's what I've seen for those dates:

4/8 - 8
4/9 - 7
4/10 - 7
4/11 - 8
4/12 - 8
4/13 - 7
4/14 - 8
4/15 - 8
4/16 - 8
4/17 - 10
4/18 - 10

Hope you get at least a few days that are manageable!

Thank you so much for those numbers!! :goodvibes We figured that the 2nd Sat and Sun would be packed, so we are doing everything we want to do the 8 days before those! That way, we can relax at the pools, water parks or just go hit a park for a good dinner or something. I like seeing the numbers though - that certainly makes we want to stick to our plan! We always go in Sept/Jan or Feb.....with really low crowd weeks!! This is going to be an eye opener for us! :scared1:
3 nights at the SWAN Fri/Sat/Sun
7 nights at the CONTEMPORARY Mon-Mon

Just paid the balance on the resort reservation this morning. Last Friday I went to the Disney Store and picked up vouchers for annual passes! It feels good to have everything paid off so we only have to worry paying for meals and souvenirs when we get there! :thumbsup2

I love when my ticker changes from months to days!:goodvibes

Ticker check. We leave two weeks from today, so will be strolling into Magic Kingdom in 15 days, only 13 years after my last trip to WDW. Can't wait to see my girls' faces and enjoy the wonder with them and DH. I'm scared of the crowd levels, but at least we don't have to contend with stifling heat! We'll hit rope drop most days and just head back to the condo for swimming if it gets too crazy. Have a blast, everyone!

I'm in the same place! LOVE  the feeling of having the resort, airfare, and park tickets paid in full. All we have left is food, town car, tips and spending money. The only hard part will be laying down the money for the DDP when we get there. We are staying on rented DVC points and added DDP before the prepay requirement. DD doesn't need DDP, but 3 adults for 10 nights....

Have a great trip!

Sounds wonderful! There's nothing like that first view of the Castle. Hope your family has a wonderful trip full of magical moments!

We have made a last minute decision to take our just turned three-year-old daughter to WDW. I have a business trip to Orlando so we're taking advantage of that and extending it to a family vacay. Very excited!! Not sure that we picked the best week to go (wish we could have waited just a few weeks) but oh, well, I'm sure it will all turn out just fine. We are staying at the Pop resort from April 8 - April 17. I have to be in meetings in Longwood, FL on April 11 and 12 so my husband will be exploring the resort with our daughter on those days. So far I've only booked air and hotel, and one reservation for breakfast at 1900 Park Fare on Wednesday (Leah is a HUGE Mary Poppins fan.)

The good thing about booking so late is we don't have long to wait, LOL!! I haven't been to WDW since we took my one-year-old niece twenty years ago. My mother is from central Florida (Haines City) and we lived in Jacksonville, FL for much of my childhood so we went just about every year when I was a kid. Can't wait to experience it with my husband and daughter!!

I'm leaving in 2 weeks !!!! Can't wait. This will be a first for me...half of this trip is solo !!! Should be interesting.

Oh my... I can't believe I forgot to do online check in yesterday! We are officially in the single digits! :cool1::cool1:

I think I'm getting excited....went to the Disney store at the mall yesterday to scout out t-shirts and trinkets (hand fans, water bottles)....avoiding the extreemly over-priced resort and park stores by shopping at the slightly over priced mall stores :)

just booked airline tickets for 4/5-4/9...now on the look out for a resort to stay at! Last minute trips are always so much fun!
