Is there a age limit on the ecv chairs?

I am asking because we are going tommorrow and my sister who is 12 has severe soft tissue damage in her ankles. And I am going to get her a wheel chair and then realized i wont be able to push her, because i am also bringing my 6 month old in his stroller. And my friend will also be pushing a stroller. So can she use a ecv chair??? She is 12.

also, do they have double strollers for rent?. the one where you can stick 2 babys in the stroller.

Nope you need to be either 16 or 18 to use an ECV

I am getting DL/WDW mixed up over strollers so I can't remember which park has which kind of strollers

I don't know what the limits are of renting a ECV from outside the park but that may be an option-
