Is the walk through line for Forbidden Journey currently open?

I'm headed down next week and want to walk through Forbidden Journey (not ride). From what I understand, the walk through line is only open sometimes. Please let me know if you have seen it open recently. Thanks.

It's been a few months since I was there... the lines were super long and I don't believe they were letting people use the special castle-tour-only line. HOWEVER, you are ALWAYS able to walk through the regular line and then just not get on the ride!!!

I would imagine in this slow season, the castle tour line would be open. It is only closed when the parks are very busy and that extra queue space is needed for the regular line.

It was open on Tuesday! You miss a few things like the "greenhouse" and seeing doors labelled (for example: potions storeroom and potions classroom). But you do get to see the 4 founders portraits talking. For a big fan, it would be worth the time to do both.

We were just there Sunday to Wednesday and it was open every day
