Is the Vineyard Room still closed?

I wanted to make a reservation for this restaurant in September, but was informed by my TA that it is no longer open. It is still listed on several restaurant sites (DIS included) and the DVC member website presently lists it as a restaurant that offers a DVC discount. So I am confused....... can anyone confirm that this restaurant is no longer open?
