Is the Terminal B car rental garage open at MCO?

We're arriving in Terminal B at MCO this week, and I noticed this info on the Avis site:

"Orlando Airport has temporary closed the B Side Terminals. Please proceed to the A Side for all rental needs
Follow signs to baggage claim on Level 1 to find the Avis counter.
From Terminal A, cars are located on the second floor of the parking garage which is across from the rental counter.
At Return, please follow signage for A Side Rental Car Returns"

Anyone know if this is still the case?

Is the B side still closed for car rental returns at MCO? If the B side is still closed, I'm assuming that you have to pick up your rental paperwork to get your car at arrival on the A side too?

Yes, the car rental companies are closed on the B side. You need to pickup and drop off on the A side.
