I just read about this cart on another site, that it is temporary while one of the Japan restaurants is being remodeled. A search here on the DIS didn't turn anything up. But I see that they have California Rolls. Given a choice, my DD would eat those for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. So my question: is this cart on the Dining Plan for counter service?
