is the pop resort refurb complete?

considering a stay at pop, was wondering if the refurb is complete through the resort buildings? also should I be concerned about the noise level, I've heard the walls are thin and value resorts can be loud.
This would be our first experience with a value resort.

No. Please see the Pop Century Renovations thread, post # 2.

I don't think the walls are any different from any other resort, but that notwithstanding, no structural changes were made to the insides of the walls.
