Is the meal plan flexible?

I just booked DLP for two nights and three days in July and chose the full board extra plus option for the meal plan. It says there are five vouchers per night per person (bfast, lunch, dinner, snack and drink) can we spread these out and use them even on our last day or do they have to be used on the first two days (technically the nights we are staying at the hotel)?
