Is the Living Seas really closed for refurb?

Bummer if this is so, we are going to Epcot this October. We skipped Epcot last year 'cause it wasn't my favourite as a kid but it has come a long way since then, I was soo looking forward to this attraction, as were the rest of the family...We love Nemo!
