Only if you make a cash reservation thru DRC. Free dining is not a DVC program and is not available when using points. You'll need a cash reservation made at Rack Rate to get the "free" dining.

Yes, as long as they meet the booking criteria---a package, with tickets, at full rack rate.

We are DVC members staying on cash in December. We had the option to book with "free" dining or with an AP discount. The "free" dining was $150 more per day than the AP discount and the AP discount was roughly equal to $15 per point. -- Suzanne
