Is the Earl of Sandwich still open?

Talking about the one near the Esplanade. I believe Porto's was supposed to take over that location, not sure how far along that is and whether Earl's is still open. I believe there's also a more temporary huge food truck looking location closer to DLH as well, right?

Both Disney and EOS's websites say the Esplanade location is still open. (Online ordering is available on their website, and it's active.) Btw - that location is considered the "Tavern" location, even if the Tavern itself has a different menu.

Yes, there's also the food truck over next to the ESPNZone building near the DD security entrance from DLH.

FreshBaked checks it out occasionally - nothing happening yet. I think the last update from Porto's was in November - saying that it would open in 2025 with no specifics.

One side is the sandwich side and the side near World of Disney is a sit down restaurant.

Yes it is open. We were just there.

Yes, it's still open. I don't think that it's going to change to Porto's until the new Earls is open on the other side of DTD.
