Is the DVC website down? - never mind it's back

This is the frustrating part: You want to just walk away, but you stay attached to the computer so that when it does come up, you can try to get what you want. It’d be different if they were just like, “yeah, the website is going to be offline until 11 am.” Since that doesn’t happen, I’m stuck at my computer continuing to try.
