Is the dragon back in action?

I know the dragon had a mishap months ago, but I was wondering if he/she is back in the FOF parade at MK. We love that parade and planning to see it twice on our upcoming trip. Thanks!

About a month ago I did Keys to the Kingdom and asked about her and our guide said that she is "in recovery now" and should be coming back "soon" but did not have a time-frame.

The most recent rumors I've read about suggest it will likely be sometime after New Years when it returns.

I understand, but it's not just the dragon that keeps the garland down. In fact, several of the floats in the FoF parade are tall enough to rip down the garland over main street.
