Is the Disneyland Hotel construction finished?

Now, I have been under the impression this whole time that everything wasn't going to be officially done until summer 2012. But we are leaving in a few weeks and this morning I looked up what the construction was like, and I couldn't find anything.

Even this site says:
"Disneyland Resort Hotel Rehabs
None scheduled"

...what????

In our trip last year in March, the only outdoor hotel walking space was the small right angle from the Adventure/Dreams lobby entrance to the Fantasy/Magic lobby entrance, surrounded by blue walls. I hope there will be more outdoorness available this year!

So... has anyone been there in the last week or so, or heard anything? I just want to know where the awful blue construction walls will be preventing us from going!

Yay! I've been out of the loop, because we didn't have any trips planned until recently. This will be our first stay at the DLH, and we couldn't be more excited.

I was just there today, and the hotel looked beautiful (Pete, who owns the DIS, prefers this hotel over the others )

There are no more construction walls, but there are still a few more minor things to be done.

I spoke with a CM on Thursday and he said there are still some chandeliers and "tea cup chairs" coming for the front desk area. There are also some walls that don't have their final artwork yet.
