Is the current wait time to register for Das over 8 hours?

From posts on Social media, people who were turned down were encouraging each other to keep calling over and over. Some reported calling 20 times a day and yelling at CMs. Disney recently started hanging up on those 'abusive' callers and blocking them from calling again for 120 days.
This was primarily an issue at Disneyland - wait times there have recently started to come down. They have been short for WDW for several months

Now that is just disgusting…i really feel sorry for CMs, they are subjected to so much abuse sometimes. It is not their fault. I’m glad they are blocking calls and hopefully keeping a list of offenders. These are probably the people who were violating to begin with.

I started the chat yesterday for Disneyland at 3:48pm and was connected to a cast member at 4:52pm. Call was done at 5:01pm so definitely not 8 hours. A bit over an hour from start to finish.
