Is the current AP rate a % or dollar off amount?

We have ressies for the Beach Club July 7-17. I am prepared to pay rack, but I really hope AP rates are released. Are current AP rates a % off or a certain $ amount off? Also, has anyone had any luck with applying an AP rate to a concierge room?

Hi, yes as stated by the previous poster, the AP discount is $100 off/night at the deluxes. We have applied an AP rate many times to a concierge room.
