I believe the date they gave was in February for the start of Rancho's breakfast, and I'm not sure if they plan to stop serving breakfast at River Belle before then. I doubt it. I had my first Mickey Pancake on our last trip and it was perfect!

Correct! In February RBT is being turned into a table service place for lunch and dinner. Rancho del Zocalo will start serving breakfast and the Mickey pancakes will move there.

There was a substantial line at RBT for breakfast yesterday. I suspect everyone was trying to get their Mickey pancakes in! I know we were!
