Is the cheapest rate through disneyworld.com?

Hi everyone,
I'm booking my first trip for a friend... I've booked for myself, but our friends are a little more money-conscious than we are. Is the Disney site the best rate you can get, or can you get better rates elsewhere? (I mean for room and tickets)

booking online they will not immediately put in the pin codes to get a cheaper rate. If you click on the deals under promos the codes will be put in.

However you will not know if you got the best deal.

Some TA's will watch your Reservation and make sure you always have the best deal. Dreams Unlimitied Travel is one of them, but there are others.

Tickets I buy mine through undercovertourist, they are approved by disney, I also watch mousesavers and get their newsletter for deals as well.

The best thing you can do is do your research.

I've had a subscription to mousesavers, dw-secrets, mouseketeers, etc etc for a few years now, so I think (hope!) I'm "in the know" about current deals and savings, I just wanted to make sure the site approved those codes. I'll take a look at undercovertourist though, thanks!

Yes, the best discounts are on the WDW site under Special Offers. There may be more then 1 discount offered, so you would have to price out both offers to see which would be the better deal for you. Gotta love the Disney Math.

Now they have either a room discount (you can add the dining plan if you want to a room only discount) or
Kids stay and play free.

If you don't want a dining plan or package, and just want a room only booking, it's a bit cheaper to get your park tix with UT.
