Is The Cat in the Hat still spinning?

I read a thread on here a few months back the The Cat in the Hat ride has taken out the spinning? Is that still the case?

Two weeks ago it was spinning, but not like it used to. You spin to see what is going on, but it doesn't spin in the "dark" scenes as much (basically not at all).
