Is the Belle Vue Lounge currently serving Breakfast?

I though Belle Vue Lounge was a bar serving appetizers that opened mid day. Is it true they are now serving breakfast starting at 6:30 am. It looks like their menu offers many more breakfast items that qualify as "snacks" on the Disney Dining Plan than the Boardwalk Bakery - is this correct also???

The Bellevue Lounge has continental breakfast type items (pastries, fruit, cereal, coffee, juice) in the morning. Many items are available for snack credits, but I haven't compared its offerings to what is offered at the Boardwalk Bakery.

The Bellevue Lounge is open in the late afternoon and evening as a bar.
