Is the BCV pool locked at 10:00 pm every night? do we have key access?

Oh... Sorry, I see BCV and immediately thought SAB as well. You meant the quiet pool (dunes cove pool). That closed at 11pm I think... Not sure if it's strongly enforced but haven't been since the fence went up so can't say for sure.
