Is the $200 deposit to book a Disney vacation refundable?

We want to plan a trip to WDW in May 2012 but we're not 100% sure we're going to be able to save up all the money in time. Unfortunately, May is the only time in all of 2012 that we'd be able to go. Is there a way to book our trip, pay the $200 deposit, and possibly cancel our trip in February/March if necessary and get our $200 back. The only reason I want to book now is to make sure we can get ADR's scheduled 180 days in advance.

Thank you. I'm hoping we can save up the money (and get a nice tax refund but I'm not sure if we will this year with me quitting my job and becoming a full time college student).
