Around here we're having meatloaf, mashed potatoes and green beans right out of my fil's garden!! My house smells really good right now. I make a great meat loaf if I do say so myself!!

How does your FIL get meatloaf to grow in the garden?

Tonight we had a chicken casserole that I haven't made in years. It's made with cream of mushroom soup, broccoli florets, shredded chicken from two breasts that I cook in boiling water flavored with Mrs. Dash Lemon Pepper seasoning, sliced mushrooms, sliced Velveeta cheese and topped off with stuffing (I use Stove Top.) Bake for 45 minutes and voila!

I made a yummy dinner tonight. It was spaghetti and meatball "stoup" a la Rachael Ray I make a few changes and it ROCKS!!!! If anyone wants the recipe I will post it

We had absolutely disgusting pizza from the food court in the mall tonight. Need I add it was a dinner with our father ? Just a month ago when his kitchen became usable after a year and a half of dealing with the pipe burst/flood aftermath he swore we were done with takeout for awhile

My dinner was good. Chicken fried steak with milk gravy, rice and fried okra....YUMMY!

We had a pasta topped with a saute of Italian sausages, sundried tomatoes, broccoli, green onions, garlic, and parmagiano cheese with a splash of lemon juice.
