Title says it. I can't stay signed into MDE, so by the time I sign in, the reservation is gone. Using Android phone. I also can't stay signed in on my laptop using chrome. Any suggestions on how to stay signed in?

Happens to me all the time. It even asks for a code sometimes. No one in IT is interested in fixing this. I lost Topolinos breakfast and I had given up Space220 (would allow me to choose). I was so mad.

Make sure your settings for the mail is turned to ‘push’ for your inbox

It happens on my Android devices as well and I haven't found a fix. It's like this glimmer of hope that is then crushed mercilessly by technology.

*********** has worked great. I've had at least six alerts from them, and none from Touring Plans. Since the sign-in problem doesn't have a work-around, I won't renew the paid *********** alerts. I wish there was something I could do to stay signed-in to MDE, but looks like there isn't.

So I was reading some info in Disney swap groups and it says that it's a safety feature and everyone is logged out. The real issue is likely that someone else's paid service is checking a second or two before yours so they are getting the notification just a tad before you
