Is tax included or extra?

There are a couple of items I'm planning on paying OOP for at counter service locations in the parks and Disney Springs.

The prices listed on the menu boards - do they include tax already or is tax extra?

Tax is extra.

1) Prepaid (TS) meals include tax, and sometimes the tip.
2) All ala-carte eateries (TS and QS) do not include tax or tip in the menu prices.
