Is Strawberry Shortcake at Universal?

My daughter loves SS in addition to many other cartoon characters such as Dora, Barney and a few others. I know that Dora and Barney are at Universal, but is Strawberry Shortcake? Anyone know? Also what other preschool friendly characters could we find there? Would it be worth it for a 4 year old?

spongebob, dora and boots, shrek, Barney and the gang, scooby, shaggy, madagascar group, woody and winnie woodpecker, etc.
