Is Stitch still everywhere to be found at the parks?

Stitch and Lilo (Lila what's her name?) were at a character meet at AK. Very long lines. Fortunately my DD doesn't care for Stitch and we got to bypass

I don't know about the parks, but I was at the Disney Outlet Store at Premium Outlets last week and Stitch was there! It seemed like the whole store was Stitich. I took that to mean he isn't going over too well at the parks!

Since Stitch is one of the most popular characters since Lion King, Disney will give Stitch the biggest push they can. That means almost every type of merchandise you can think of will bare Stitch. He is kind of an honorary VIP character along with Mickey, Minnie, Pluto and the like.

You can also find him in Epcot. We saw him near Mission Space one night during EMH.

I also heard him in the bathroom near Space Mountain. He was calling for Lilo to hurry up!

Also Stitch is the feature in the "special" MGM pictures. When the official photographers have you go for one of their posed shots, it's so they can super-impose Stitch in.

Speaking of Stitch . . . I must say that I'm still angry that they changed Alien Encounter in Magic Kingdom, over to Stitch. That attraction was so much better before.

I agree but it wouldn't even be so bad if they'd done a better job redoing it. It just seems like some slapped on warmed over kid friendly version of the old ride.

I hate when Disney does that - changes something half - "you know what"!!!

Goodness I hope he is not considered one of the most popular characters! And to think of him as an honorary VIP character with Mickey, Minnie, and Pluto gives me the shivers!

I thought Stitch was a cute character until we went to WDW last November and he was everywhere! I felt like Disney was trying to force him on everyone. Rather than make me like him the only thing they did was succeed in making me dislike him, alot! I enjoy seeing all the characters when we are at WDW, but I will go the other way when I see Stitch. And don't even get me started on the lame ride-attraction!

Lucky for me my love for the mouse outweighs the dislike for Stitch.
