Is Star Tours open during MM hours?

We haven't yet ridden on the new Star Tours, and trying to come up with my plan for next week. Knowing it will be crazy busy for Thanksgiving weekend, this is a highlight ride for my DS8. Will Star Tours be open during MM hours?

Thanks!

Yes it is open during MM. Since ST has FP most would say it is better to use your MM time on FantasyLand and not spend it on ST.

Another approach is to ride during MM and grab a fastpass for a later ST ride. ST has multiple voyages, making it likely that it won't be the same ride twice. I don't know exactly how many different simulations they run, but DH rode 3 times last week and each time was different.

I had good luck with a similar system. Spending MM elsewhere working my way toward ST. I would finish near ST getting a FP then getting in line just as the parked opened.

There are 54 possible ride combinations. Different is a matter of opinion.

Yes, that will maximize ST rides. But many would argue it will come at the cost of really long lines for Fantasyland later in the day. Typically riding any FP-enabled ride during MM is a questionable use of time. You can get a FP and ride ST later in the day in 15 minutes. You cannot do that with any of the Fantasyland rides.

Thanks for the advice! I think we will stick to our usual Fantasyland rides during the MM, and then head to Star Tours at regular park opening. If line is long by then, we will FP it and head to something else. Thanks for helping me think this through!!
