I've read a couple of posts that people had had pix/autographs with Stanley, and my ds would love that. Is he hard to find, or does he just walk around? Where exactly is he usually when he's out?

Thanks, Steph

We have only ever seen Stanley at Rafiki's Planet Watch in Animal Kingdom. But he seems to be there pretty often. Good luck!

We have seen him at the Animal Kingdom also. It is the conservation station - Rafiki's Planet watch. It is a little hard to get to. You have to take a train and then walk a few hundred yards uphill. DDs were tired out when the got there, but it was worth in to see Stanley and Dennis and Pocohantas. They also have a petting zoo and we had a talking trash can.

We also saw him in the parade at MGM and he is part of the show at Playhouse Disney, but no greeting opportunity.

I think he is at Rifiki's in AK pretty much everyday from what one of the CM's told us last week. I think there are usually 2 or 3 people there signing autographs starting around 10 or 10:30.

We love going to Rafiki's Planet Watch to see Stanley. If for some reason you don't want to or run out of time while at AK ask a CM but on most days Stanley comes to the front of AK to say goodbye to guest right around time for the park to close. It's a good time to see some of the characters on your way out. A nice ending to a great day. Lots of times people are leaving quickly to go to other parks or possibly to PS at different places. If you aren't in a hurry you can get some good photo and autograph ops. Have fun!!!

Yes, Stanley was at Rafiki's Planet Watch on Saturday. I didn't know who his was, and had to ask.

You will very likely see Stanley on the way out when Animal Kingdom closes. It's a good time to see tons of the characters.

I've seen Stanley outside the DAK entrance during all times of the day. If you miss him as you walk in or when you go the PlanetWatch, ask a Cast Member to call the hotline so you know when to look for him.
