Is spring break a good time to go? Or Fall Break? or Summer

Trying to decide between the two breaks. We have never been to Hawaii, and this may be our only visit (I hate flying).

So which time is better? Spring Break (which for us is the first week of March) or Fall Break (which for us is the second week of October).

Or we could go in the summer if we go the 3rd or 4th week of July.

Those are our only options. Thanks!

We have always gone the first week of April and had a great time so I vote for your March break.

October is my favorite time to go to Hawaii. The weather is nice (not as humid as the summer) and I have always gotten the best deals on airfare in October. That being said, I will go to Hawaii anytime of year (I am going for my daughter's spring break this year).

I always go in the summer. The time change is a challenge when we get back home, so it's nice to have the extra time when we return to adjust back!

Depends on when in the two months you are looking at. I think you are ok for March 2018 because the Hawaii break is March 19-23. If your October break coincides with the Hawaii school breaks (in 2017 it is Oct 9th-13th) it may be more crowded than you anticipate and harder to book rooms. Just an fyi

It really is - on the leeward side, the weather doesn't change much. Sun sets at almost the same time winter and summer as well (that was a weird thing to get used to living there).
