Yes it's open for lunch, as for the time, this is from my map from Sunday April 1st, it says 11:45 AM to 8 PM. The park is currently open until 10 PM for this week and next. It's opening and closing hours can vary by how late the park is open.

Get there early though because it fills up for the entire day by mid afternoon, at least it did this past weekend.
