My kids are afraid of the dark. They don't mind dim - but is this restaurant really dark? Also, are the film clips scary? Funny? My DD4 might get upset if they are scary. My DS6 I think would really like this and DD2 woudn't notice the movies at all! Also, do they still serve burgers? I seem to be reading conflicting reports on this. The menu on all ears shows burgers but I know they are not always up to date.

My 2 youngest are 9 and 7 and we have been eating at Sci for years. Niether of them has ever been scared. It is not well lit but you can still see easily (well the menu is hard to read).
They do have burgers there as well as other items. I always get the BLT soup, it is very good.

My 9 year old daughter was a little frightened by the clips, but she went in expecting it to be scary. We tried to tell her otherwise... She did think some of them were funny.

It wasn't terribly dark, a little better than a movie theater, I think.

My 2 year old son thought it was neat that he got to sit in a car and eat while watching TV.

They have old clips of 50's movies, things like robots, black lagoon creatures, and The Blob.

They throw in a cartoon every once in a while. It was not too dark at all. My DD (6) and DS (7) had no problems at all.

I had a burger last year. It was worth the TS credit.
