He appears four times a day, Monday through Saturday (he does not appear at all on Sundays). He will make one circuit around the restaurant beginning at his scheduled times. The current appearance schedule is:

12:30, 1:40, 2:50 & 5:20pm

Because he is animatronic, sometimes he does malfunction and does not appear even at his scheduled times.

I caution anyone on Promising Remy to their kids..As it has been already mentioned, it is not like a regular character meal.Remy starts rolling thru the dining room at the scheduled time on a serving cart to do a little "show".Once he passes thru, he is done till the next time slot.He does not backtrack.So if you are late being seated, not in your seat etc..and you miss him, you misss him.Second, he is temperamental..In the 4 times I have attempted to see him ,I have managed it 2x. once he was ill and did not appear that day, and once I was seated about 45 mins PAST my adr time and missed him.
