Is Rainforest Cafe included in the DDP?

I thought that I had read here that it was, yet every where else I see that it isn't.

If its included I would love to check it out, I think the kids would get a kick out of it. But if its not I really don't want to pay the extra for it.

No it is not part of the DDP.

Planet Hollywood participates, but Rainforest Cafe does not.
