is raglan road open for lunch?

we've heard great things about this place, but have no room in our evenings (quick trip, 5 nights!) but may have room for it during the day... anyone that knows for sure, please chime in

According to the Disney Dining Plan locations, it's only open for dinner.

I had to juggle this one for oldest son and his friend for TS's there.

I just made an adr for raglan road yesterday and they start seating at 3:00.
