Is QVC Kindle Fire a good deal?

I was looking to get my DD a Kindle Fire. I really don't know much about them. I was looking at getting her the 7" HD 16GB but I saw the one below on QVC. It's more money but its the larger one and larger GB? Then I wonder do I really need the other stuff that is included? Will Amazon run a better deal at some point?

I would say thats not the best deal since is saves you around $20. I would wait and see what Amazon offers on Cyber Monday.

It's $399 on Amazon right now (http://www.amazon.com/Kindle-Dolby-...1385763037&sr=8-4&keywords=kindle+fire+hd+8.9), not including the PowerFast charger ($19.99) and the lifetme tablet support (probably standard).

My refurbished version was priced at $249 - so this looks like a reasonable deal for the previous model now that the HDX is available. Two advantages to QVC are the extended holiday return policy, and the EasyPay option.

I'd say buy it. If Amazon does have a better deal on a new one Monday, you may be able to cancel your QVC order. Worst case, you return that one.

Me too! I got the 64g for DH. He's going to love it, and can't beat the price -- especially with easypay!
