Is PS Necessary for Shutters at CBR

Hi all! We will be staying at CBR for our December trip. We are going to MVMCP Dec. 5th. We are also planning to be in MK that morning (attempting to kick off trip with CRT breakfast). We will be leaving the park mid afternoon to allow DD to catch a must needed nap. So we were thinking that we would just do an early dinner at Shutters before heading back for the party.

Do we need a PS for Shutters, or will it be relatively easy to get a seat? We would like to get
